Associate Position available, Wiesbaden – Germany
Who we are: We are a friendly, well organized team of two chiropractors and three chiropractic assistants.
The clinic is a well-established subluxation - wellness care clinic (science based!). It has light-flooded and spacious rooms. We work with an open room plan (two benches in one room). Regular adjustments are scheduled for 15 minutes. At present the working hours are 25 hours per week. Our clientele is a variety of pleasant people from newborns to the elderly, from office workers to handymen and athletes. We love having a laugh with the clients and kids are always allowed to accompany their parents. The clinic is easy to reach by car and train and is in walking distance from the city centre.
What we offer: You will be employed until you have your official permission to practice. Judicial assistance for attaining the “Heilpraktiker” license which is required to practice in Germany or the fees to sit the exam will be paid for by us. After having received your license a junior partnership is possible where you earn a percentage of the income you generate. If you are the right person a full partnership is conceivable.
Part-time or full-time is possible, according to your requirements.
Further education is important to us. We will provide you with a contingent to spend on courses which you choose. You can freely choose your specialization.
You will also be offered coaching sessions to ensure a smooth transition from university to professional work life and/or to take root in Germany, plus assistance in building your own client base.
Start: As one of our chiropractors will be on maternity leave from end of December it would be nice if you could start around this time to take over her existing client base. But you can also start promptly or later, upon your desire.
You should bring: We are looking for a positive, responsible chiropractor who loves to work within a team in a relaxed atmosphere. You should be conscientious, empathetic, reliable and have a good sense of humour. You can be an experienced chiropractor or have just finished university. You will be allowed to use any technique provided it fits the time frame. A basic knowledge of the German language would be desirable but a motivation to learn it quickly is necessary. The “Heilpraktiker” exam can be done in English.
